Subject: bike fit could use some help
Hey everyone, like most of you, i'm looking to improve my speed on the bike and could use some help with my bike fit. I have used this bike and current fit for years now and finished Mont Tremblant with a 5:33 bike split last year. I bought this bike a few years ago, followed some online tips on how to set it up, and just stuck with it. I'm pretty comfortable in this set-up. I'm sure I can lower the handle bars some but it starts to bother my neck if I get to aggressive.....Thanks for any advise

As low in the front as you can stand, your forearms look to be scooping, you want them angled up from flat just a tad.

Thanks for the feedback Champion. I will lower the front a bit more but anymore than that, I begin to get pretty uncomfortable on rides over 3 hours. I will also up the angle of the aero bars a bit as well. Is scooping an aerodynamic issue or is it more a proper fit/comfort issue? My shoulders do get a bit tired during longer rides...thanks again
