I just use my bento box for nutrition since it's so accessible (I take it off the bike for shorter races where I don't need any nutrition).

I've got a saddle bag that works well for my CO2  and tools.  I know some guys who have used velco straps to secure their stuff under the seat when they couldn't fit a bag.

I use an old water bottle for flat kit.  Easier for me to switch it between bikes.

Look at the Torhans VR Series bottles. While they are made of liquids, they are also made to be cut and used for storage
On some bikes they actually have a positive drag effect, ie they make your bike faster.

My wife is using a bento box on her Cervelo P3, Not for a flat kit, but quick and easy access to nutrition (gels, chews, etc.).

She's been using DarkSpeedWorks 483D for a while, and it's really a great product

I use the same one on my Felt B16. It works great, much better than others I have tried.

I have a cheap TriSports branded bento box: http://www.trisports.com/bento-box.html

It's ghetto but it holds my extra tube, CO2, levers, etc.

I use the VR frame bottle to hold the tools, CO2 and tubes needed and the DSW bag mentioned above for nutrition, ID & phone (when out training).

Yep, I use my aero bento pretty well exclusively for tools, tubes etc.

BTA for nutrition, aero bento for tools/tubes.

Keeps it real simple, quick, and I can throw them on race morning.

I basically drew a "blueprint" for what I wanted (the shape and dimensions) and she did a real rough mockup. We both made a couple of tweaks and she cut the material based on the mock-up. It's just one piece (other than the zipper) and not really all that complicated if you think about it. I'm not saying I could have done it, I do have a talented wife, but the design itself is relatively straightforward. We made this thing last year, but I'll see if the mockup is still lying around and snap some pictures if I can.

Praise from Caesar! Consensus seems to be that you guys are the best in the business, so I'm sure she'll appreciate the compliment.

Yay! I remember when I got this one. I've been using DarkSpeedWorks 483D for a while, and it's really a great product. No regrets!
