Im running DA10 with a 11x23 cassette. When I'm in the 23t cog my chain is brushing against the lower cog on my rear derailluer. Which screw do I need to adjust? Thanks.

Is your chain rubbing on the 21T cog on the cassette like it is trying to shift, or is the upper pulley on the derailleur itself rubbing against the 23T cog on the cassette (with the chain running in between)?

If it is the former, try the L-Limit screw (carefully, so you don't push your derailleur into the spokes). If it is the latter, try the B-Screw.

Its rubbing right where the chain enters the derailleur (its actually brushing against the guide). It is not interfering with shifting at all. Then chain is jumping and it shifts through all gears smoothly. Its just rubbing and its only when it is on the 23t cog.

It is probably the B-screw then. Look at this page on the Park Tools website, about halfway down.
