Anyone going for triathlon in Hilliard??? Looking for riding and running company through the season. Training for Oly and beyond, like to do a half or two and maybe a late fall full distance. Currently running 9 to 10 min mile pending distance and easy 16 to 18 bike.

Let me know, I've done a couple and committed to more.

Im down in the German Village area. Open to meet for some rides as the weather is finally warming up. I have been slacking in off season work, need to start getting motivated again.

typically on the weekends for me, though I could probably do an evening during the week from time to time. I work south of Columbus, and have on rare occasion trekked up to New Albany straight from work for a ride, but that can be a brutal drive if traffic isn't moving.

I used to do morning rides on the Scioto bike path as the trail head is 1 mile down the road, but my training partners up and moved to Chicago, so haven't done that in a while

We should pick a day and hit the trail. I am fairly flexible, am rides are perfect... What is your average speed and distance, so I can prepare mentally!!! Ha!!

Sorry, I spaced on replying to this

I have been really lazy for the past 3 months and have not really done anything besides eat bad food and drink good beer. That being said, I'm really out of shape right now and trying to regain motivation to start exercising again.

I am good ole middle of the pack, 17-18 mph bike, 9:30 -10 min mile runner. Are you signed up for any races yet?
