Subject: Transfer Planned to Actual Training
Hi all.. back from a looong hiatus from training. Kids, life, busy yada yada yada..

Anyway, isnt there a way to transfer your planned training to your actual log? I cant seem to find it. No biggie if it can be done,

I really like training peaks for that personally. I could also do it through movescount (suunto's program), but I've always liked training peaks more. I've never tried here though. I didn't like how I had to manually upload each file so I never really tried too hard to figure it out.
