Warm down:

Had two water bottles and cheered on Lisa and Ana at the finish. I call the family who where on the way down. We went to Surfside and played at the beach for the rest of the day!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I don't know I trained hard but not enough on my swim. I guess it just wasn't my day. I feel like I went backwards and I am not sure why.

Bill I looked at the results again and they guy that won the Clyde division finished 10 mins behind the overall male winner....maybe I didn't do as bad as I thought. Here are the results..
