Subject: metric conversion in training plan
Hi

Just joined as Gold member and have created a custom training plan.

Have changed preferred settings to metric so total workout distances have change but in training details everything is still displayed in miles / yards.

can this be changed?

I am Australian so its all Km / meters for me

I'm sorry I'm late to this post, been having email notification issues for, it seems, awhile. Anyways, once you update your settings to metric, you WILL have to recreate/reimport your training plan so that the workout details are in metric - otherwise only the total distances change.

Using a high-volume schedule for many months is not the best tactic. Build speed and skill several months out, and then transition to a high-volume IM plan.
