From an "aero" perspective, the frames are all going to be so close it's probably not measurable
DI2...I am very biased. I love it. For me, DI2 is like electric windows and cruise control in my car. Certainly not necessary but I won't buy a car without it now that I have tasted it.
I would look at the saddle, bars and other components around those bikes to pick one of those. Bar adjustability would be a big part of my criteria. I would make sure it is adjustable in all directions
If all is still equal go on price and use the saved $ to make it even better with aftermarket stuff. Look for the dealer willing to swap in/out parts like saddle and/or bars.
that's what I would do.
