Hey BT!  Good morning!  I'll be honest, I have quite the sugar hangover today! But, it's all good!

4:45am:  :60 hard minutes on the KK

5:45am:  :30 minutes upper body strength stuff

Thanks for all the birthday wishes!  I felt very loved yesterday by friends, family and students.  I now have enough bags of Swedish Fish and 2 liter bottles of Ginger Ale to get me to my next birthday!  Just when I think my students never listen to a word I say...!

I'll be in an all day training today--learning how to read data from a specific standardized test...blleeechhhhhh.  Hoping it ends early so I can head out to Blue for a swim!

Have a great day!

6:00am - 30 minutes on the trainer, solid effort with some sprints mixed in.

I hope to get to the pool tonight, but it is the last week of baseball season for my middle school team that I coach and we have a game tonight so swimming will depend on what time the game ends, I am working on the 0 to 1650 program, looking forward to next week when baseball is over and I can consistantly get to the pool before it closes.

I totally get the standardized test training, (puke), yesterday we finished up our last of the standardized tests for my students for the year, and I am glad to be done.

26 mile ride this morning. nice cool morning, but humid so it balanced out just right.

I get to go test ride a couple tri-bikes today at LBS. Yeah! We'll see how it goes, and if I have to sell off a kidney to buy one

have a good one BT

Glad you had a great day yesterday Kim! Standardized testing makes me cringe. My kids go to a charter school, where they still have to take all the state mandated tests, but they don't put any weight into them. Good luck with the training!

5:30am - 5 mile run. Tried to pick up the pace a little and felt ok.

My youngest son is sick today, so the rest of the morning will be hanging out with him. Husband is coming home at 1 so I can make it to PT.

Bike commute to work, plus a light swim (way too long since the last time I was in a pool).
