I'm looking to purchase a bike computer. I am looking for one that I can download routes from Ride w/GPS and then have turn-by-turn navigation. My eye is on the Garmin Edge 520, but for some reason I keep seeing conflicting reports of the navigation feature. Any recommendations?
Used Garmin Edge 500. People are practically giving these things away nowadays, and I still think it's the best bike computer out there when it comes to functionality and form factor.
My problem is I can only swim about 30-40 meters without having to rest. What is the best way to improve this? I need to get from 40 to 750 meters in 6 months.
I have 10 lessons with a coach and he keeps telling my I'm holding my breath. I cannot figure out where since I'm breathing out and in every 3rd stroke. Any drill recommendations?
