Subject: 6.15.16 What Up Wednesday!
Good morning BT!4:30am: :50 min run with intervals5:30am: 45 minutes upper body strength stuffThe hotel I'm at has a great fitness room so I have everything I need. The outdoor pool even has a lap lane so I'll be hitting that a few times this week as well! I'm so glad I can kind of keep my regular routine!Texas is HOT! I'm used to dry heat...not this sticky stuff! However, I'll be in freezing air conditioning all day! Can't wait until we're set free later today Have a good one!

6:10 - endurance swim workout that kicked my butt

7:15 - core work

Travel day today for me, heading to Albuquerque. The pool at the hotel looks nice so hopefully I will get in a swim later, when I get done flying...(I hate airports)

4:30am Total Body Strength 40 minutes
6:00am Bike 13 miles 50 minutes
12:00pm swim 25 minutes
5:00pm bike 13 miles (back home)

Big Bike goal this month so Running is not getting as much time as normal because my legs are seriously dead. Having difficulty decided what to do less of. I know it's probably strength but I do not want to lose all the muscle I've gained. any suggestions on balance welcomed. Not training for a Tri right now but would like to get back into it if I can find a good balance!

I started today out with my usual 2 minute plank. After my wife returned from the gym, I headed out to the bike trail. I got in 20 very hot and humid miles. I couldn't keep the sweat out of my eyes and had to stop a few times to clean my glasses so I could see.

Tonight I may head to the gym and run a few miles on the indoor track. It is way too hot and humid for outdoor anything today.

2000 yds in the pool. Mainly intervals of 50 and 100's.

I ran four miles in the heat. The run may not have been the smartest idea. It's summer in OK

finally got in the pool tonight at one of the local high schools for a masters class sit in. I am going to sign up and start swimming more pool.

I did an estimated 2000 yds give or take a hundred including my warm up and cool down.

no ocean swimming for me for a little while after that shark attack. My two swim groups through meetup aren't swimming out there anyways, so I'll let the thought wear off
