Goooood morning BT and happy August! 5:00am: :50 minute speed workout on the trainer courtesy of Susan--it was killer and then I realized I misread one part of the workout and did 1/2 of what I was supposed to! 6:00am: Upper body strength Today my younger daughter and I are off to SLC with doggies and my mountain bike--check ups all around for both the dogs and my bike. Free tune up since I just bought the bike so I figured I'd take advantage of it. Good timing too, my rear tube seems to have a slow leak so they can check that out.
