Good morning BT!

Got my swim in yesterday just as I got tapped on the head by a lifeguard--they had blown the whistle for lightning watch and as I was listening to my shuffle, didn't hear it!

Nothing so far this morning.  Heading out to chase CC kids in a bit and then heading over to climb to Angel Lake on my road bike.  A few weeks ago I did the climb on my mountain bike, I'm interested to see the time difference on my road bike.

Have a great day!

That situation is pretty much a weekly occurrence for me here during rainy season, only I get smacked on the butt with a kick board! It's always a crap-shot whether I can finish (or even start) my swim on any given day. Swimming on hold this week as they are still treating the water in the school pool.

AM One hour-ish run with a bunch of tempo pickups. Felt good while running but then yuck all day--the mix of jet lag, sitting at a bunch of meetings, possibly hangover from Calgary 70.3 ten days ago, and training is not being kind to my body. Hope I'll be feeling more like myself by next week.

I'm on vacation, so my workout started a bit later than usual. 2700 meter swim, negative split/sprint focus. Probably should have worked on OWS, as I'm at the ocean. I don't have any good excuse, just didn't want to deal with the waves and animals.
