Comments: I could tell that I hadn't swam in a month. My breathing was off and I was dealing with side stiches the whole time. What would you do differently?: Keep training! Transition 2

Comments: This hurt a bit. I dealt with side stiches the entire run as well and at one time my whole gut cramped. I didn't wear my HR monitor and I had a little trouble staying at a comfortable pace. What would you do differently?: Keep training! Post race
Warm down: Drink Beer! What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of training. Event comments: I can really tell that I haven't been training. I'm actually pretty amazed at how much I have lost over the last few weeks. I hope it comes back pretty quickly.
