I could tell that I hadn't swam in a month. My breathing was off and I was dealing with side stiches the whole time.

This hurt a bit. I dealt with side stiches the entire run as well and at one time my whole gut cramped. I didn't wear my HR monitor and I had a little trouble staying at a comfortable pace.

I can really tell that I haven't been training. I'm actually pretty amazed at how much I have lost over the last few weeks. I hope it comes back pretty quickly. I would hate to think that I would lose all the fitness that I have orked so hard to get over the last year.
