This is going to be a great month...State CC this weekend, my daughter is signing to play softball at a small NAIA DI college in Missouri on the18th, a half marathon on Thanksgiving...and of course Thanksgiving! 4:45am: :30 minute easy run with with 5X 15 second pickups in the middle 5:15am: :40 minutes lower body strength + core Have a great day! |

(We do have a school community dinner, with turkey prepared by caterers and everyone's home-cooked side dishes, but it's just not the same as with family.) I will just be happy if/when rainy season, and the election campaign, end. I am just tired of rain, flooding, mold, rust, and everyone involved in the campaign! AM: 1:02 fartlek run (I can hear my students giggle now...) PM: 30 minutes of strength stuff. Different routine than I've been doing for the last month; one of the harder ones I did last year, so guaranteed I will be sore tomorrow. |

Probably will be that way a lot for at least the next year, as I am now responsible for getting my daughter to daycare in the morning. 12:00pm (gasp!) - 44' strength session Tomorrow, I get back in the pool for the first time since September. Member 1083 | Subject: RE: 11.1.16 Rabbit Rabbit Rabbit! Good job to everyone who got up early this morning to do a workout. I had a Halloween trick-or-treat candy hangover so I did not get up early. Instead I did my run this evening. 45 minutes with a few pick ups in there. I need focus in my run workouts I really do. Happy Tuesday to all. |
