Event comments:

this venue continues to be one of the best i have seen, although too wavy for the swims this year the water is always crystal clear, the bike is pretty flat with early gradual climb followed by more gradual downhill, winds were challenge, some construction meant a short gravel run, the second run showed the need for more longer brick training, but overall first olmympic distance tri (without the swim) was satisfiying

Hey great results, I was there in the sprint class, the duo format was a bit of a bummer, I agree , I like the swim and running is my weakness ...  I ned to work on the Bike run bricking more as well. Here's to next season have a good fall/winter of training.

thanks congratulations on your race as well. You appear to run around the 5 min plus km mark. I note your race was faster in the first 5. I was beginning to wonder if the distance was off until the second 5. Then I knew it was ok. Best of luck next season.
