Happy Friday the 13th...may no black cats cross your path today! 

5:00am:  :20 minute recovery jog--yes, I slept in!  

5:20am:  :40 minutes 5X5 stronglift

Steve...you sound real sorry about missing that phone conference...lol!

Three day weekend ahead!  Basketball games all day tomorrow but that's about it!  I sure hope we stay above 30 degrees all weekend and melt off some of our snow!

So sorry about it. Kept me up all night.

11:45 - 2,300 yards, lots of tempo and faster work. Got my butt handed to me on my last set of 50s.

I don't think any black cats crossed my path, unless black and white striped/splotched ones count, in which case I am doomed (I live with two)....

Just 50 minutes of running here with some hill repeats and strides.

I might be posting less for the near (and possibly foreseeable) future as I can no longer post comments or reply to messages from my home Internet connection. Not sure what is wrong but it appears to be at my end and not with BT. We're having some pretty major country-wide Internet issues right now. It only seems to be doable from the VPN at work, for now.
