Hey BT!  Good morning!

6:00am:  1:10 on the bike--2 sets of some tough intervals building from zone 3 to zone 5 while keeping a cadence of 90+...that was hard!

7:15am:  :27 minute easy run followed up with some core

Have a great Saturday!

Karen...I hope the internet issues get straightened out!

Hello!6:45 - 55' run at moderate pace with a HR ceiling. Was supposed to follow it up with some core work, but I skipped that. Sue me. Have a great day!

Morning!
Cloudy and cool here, LOVING this weather!

5 mile run at an easy pace. Unfortunately my dog was limping this morning so he couldn't go with me . He has a hip injury from when he was a puppy (someone was not nice to him before we adopted him - people are jerks). I guess all the running around the last few weeks aggravated it. Hope he feels better...I miss my running buddy.

Some strengthening work and then doing some deep cleaning. Fun fun!

As of last night, seems to be working again. Not sure if a BT glitch or something going on here--several colleagues mentioned problems with other sites. Anyhow....

6:30 AM--75 minutes run, building from easy to tempo effort
11:30 AM: 2800m of swimming. Too soon after running for my taste, but that's when I have pool access.

BIG thunderstorm PM. Really unusual. Should be dry season now and should have been for at least a month but we are still having a lot of yucky humid, gloomy, polluted days. Gloomy again today and more rain forecast. Ugh. I think I am going to grow a mold pretty soon.

Do we really need chia, spelt, and quinoa? Is anything wrong with old-fashioned peanut butter, broccoli and brown rice?

We have new 10 and 20 week training plans for the New Year! These mini sprint plans are very conservative and will get any person thinking of training for a triathlon ready to cross the finish-line.

Cotswold super sprint - UK. Lots of bodies colliding, I swam half over someone, got kicked by some bloody breaststroker, and as a mob we poured towards the first buoy.

Already a cyclist and not a bad swimmer, I figured all I had to do was build up to running a few miles and I’d be ready to go. The challenge invigorated me, and I ran out to buy new running shoes.

Since I didn't have much time and since it's a super sprint, am I OK just go to at the training relatively hard through Thursday or even Friday?
