27 mile bike ride. felt like a lot more with the winds.

Golf practice for about an hour

4 mile around the park

jacuzzi time and go build a work bench in the garage.

AM: 110 km bike ride here (about 3:40) in sunny Phuket, Thailand. Riding the road bike that I keep in Vietnam. OMG--I have not ridden it outside in about three years; just used it on the trainer a few times when I had my tri bike packed for a race, for maybe a 30-60 minute spin. I was actually about to sell the bike when I decided I wanted it for the training camp here (just not confident with group rides on trafficked roads with a TT bike). My butt had some opinions about that ride!

PM: Easy 1500m recovery swim.
