Good morning BT!

4:45am:  :45 minute easy paced run 

5:30am:  :40 minutes strength stuff and core

Karen sorry to hear about the flooding--that's such a mess to clean up.  Oh and by the way, very jealous of your swim prowess.  I shall never be faster than I am right now, but I'm OK with that!  

Robert, there might be a group chat going in the Iron distance thread, I'll have to check that out--it would be fun to meet up in person!

Good morning! Finally, about 10 days later, I've got my weight back up to where it was pre-illness. 

5:40 - 40' on the trainer, with 10' at 75% and 10' at tempo. Strength session to follow at lunch.

Started the day with 2200 yard recovery swim. Was quite proud of myself for getting my out of bed

Have a hill work out on the treadmill after work! I must be a sicko, because it's one of my favorite work outs!

Will be doing a group run at the local running store.  Will be trying to keep up with the fast kids on the six mi route.
