Comments:

Really great T1, no issues getting the suit off and was on the road quickly.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing
Bike
  • 2h 50m 8s
  • 56 miles
  • 19.75 mile/hr
Comments:

I knew my bike fitness was my biggest weakness with school and what not this summer, but I had a good plan and stuck with it. Gave away some time from last year here, but not a ton. Overall pretty happy with this ride.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing
Transition 2
  • 00m 37s
Comments:

My specialty, fastest T2 in the whole race!
What would you do differently?:

Nothing
Run
  • 1h 24m 23s
  • 13.1 miles
  • 06m 26s  min/mile
Comments:

Really upset this course was so short (I have just a bit under 12 miles on my watch) because this is my strength. I wasn't going to catch Liam this year, but I'm still bummed. My actual pace was right about 7:00/mi and I think I did well keeping it consistent throughout the run.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around and got some food. Leigh was having some medical issues during this race, so I ended up walking/jogging with her a little bit on her 2nd run lap to discuss what was going on and lift her spirits a bit.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Tough to get in the amount of training I would prefer this summer due to school

Event comments:

Love this race, probably my favorite triathlon in the area. See you next year!
