A couple things that bugged me about the race:

No "age group wave start" You just went in any wave you wanted..

No specific rack number for your bike. Every man woman and child for themselves

and

THEY RAN OUT OF T-Shirts. I didn't sign up the day of the race.. How do you run out of T-Shirts???

However, lots of volunteers, and the race was VERY WELL ORGANIZED!

Good job of hanging in there with out getting a t-shirt.  Is the event growing to rapidly?  I got my t-shirt at packet pickup in 2004.

Now you have some incentives to improve the bike speed.

Hey...it's been a while since this race, but I'm just now getting back onto this website. I was wondering, how exactly did your run suck? Was it just that you didn't feel good? Your times look GREAT - I can only dream of swimming that quickly.

I did enjoy this race, but I agree that the swim waves were a little crazy. The loooong run from the swim to T1 was sort of hilarious.

Are there any early-season tri's you would suggest for next year? I don't want to wait until September to get back into racing.

Cheers!
