Canyon Speedmax Hydration Set-up

I am am the proud new owner of this bad boy! I'm sure that I won't do it justice but it's still fun to skite!

Anyway, I didn't buy it with any hydration options or bottle cages from the factory. Additionally, it's not the top-of-the-line Canyon so there is no built in, integrated spares storage compartment (just the gel holder on the top tube).

So my question is, with this blank canvas, how would you set up the hydration and storage options for this bike for 70.3 and possibly IM in the future. Aero bottle on the down tube? BTA - standard bottle or an aero BTA option? Behind the saddle, 1 or 2 bottles?

I want to maintain the aero qualities of the bike and the sleek look but I need two bottles and a spares storage (clinchers).
