No idea on the Zipp wheels, you can save yourself a lot of $ and get some nice FLO wheels.  Their  aluminum/carbon fairing or all carbon Clydesdale builds are good for 242 lbs. http://www.flocycling.com/store/index.php

in order to give a useful recommendation, you'll need to provide a bit more info such as, what type of riding do you do? Mostly flat, mostly hills? What are you looking to gain from your new wheelset?

Zipp and other manufacturers offer lots of different wheels but they each have their intended purpose. Within a brand, they are not typically designed for specific rider weight unless you're looking at ultra-light racing wheels with minimal spokes.
