Spent the day in a conference. Snuck out a little early to make sure I got to the sight early.

Comments:

I started off at a comfortable pace and maintained it. Running by the Pentagon felt very surreal. Hard to believe its been five years. No speed records today; just enjoyed the run.

Warm down:

Walked around did some stretching. Picked up some T-shirts for friends and family. Rode the metro back to my sisters.
