Subject: RE: 11.30.17 Thursday Training! True--you can have modern versions of pretty much anything--I don't think humanity has changed all that much, just made more clever junk to assist us ay the age-old tasks of working, socializing, and wreaking havoc.
AM: 16 minutes of running (16 X 1 minute jog/1 minute walk ), plus about ten minutes of walking to "warm up" (That sounds illy here--step out the door at 5:XX AM, and it's probably already in the low 80's and you're sweating like a pig.
PM: 3000m of swimming. Kind of a "swim fartlek" workout. Water too warm and it gave me a headache. But at least I slept well after!
Kids had their winter concert yesterday and as promised I wore the vintage dress. Attempting to attach pic (in my classroom ). Needs a bit of pressing and I know you're not supposed to wear a running watch with a vintage designer dress, but whatever......couldn't find my nice watch. I think it is across the pond somewhere.
