Subject: 1.8.18 Monday Morning!

Hello BT!  Another week where we get to train! 

4:30am:  :50 minutes on the trainer, high cadence repeats

5:30am:  upper body strength + core

Just got some double great news...those that know me--Sydney (college daughter) found out yesterday she has been put on the varsity softball roster, the only freshmen to make it! The 2nd part of that good news is she has a tournament in Tucson first week of March...already making plans for a Tucson vacation!

Hello ya'll!  Another week where I get to train! I had a minor strain about 10 years ago that side lined me for several days but I am back at it.

5:30am:  1:08 minutes on the trainer. 

12:00 pm:  5 mile run.  The run was pretty fast today.  I attribute most of that to it being light outside (vs running at 5:30 AM) and cool weather (I usually don't run out side in shorts and Tee shirt in 38 degree weather but did today the temp was perfect for running fast even though it was a L2 heart zone run).

Years.?.?.?.Err...10 days ago.  I sprained it on Tuesday the 26th.  I took that day off then tried to run the 27 and after that things got worse (i.e. purple and blue bruising in addition to the original swelling) so took off the 28,29,30, 31, 1st, 2nd.  I was back on the 3rd. :-)
