Subject: 2.16.18 Fabulous Friday!

Good morning BT!  Thanks for all your comments of support yesterday!  Also some good training going on!  Reece...so happy to hear you had a good swim in what sounds like a long time. 

4:45am:  :35 minutes on the training, easy z2 work followed up by more strengthening/stretching.  Really hoping to get outside tomorrow for a proper trail run...I've missed it!

Hey hey. It's a colleague's birthday, and we had cake. I splurged and had two pieces. I definitely felt it during my workout.

11:40 - 20' run on the treadmill - revenge of the cake

12:00 - 35' strength

One hour trainer ride with some short pickups. One more day in Idaho before (hopefully) heading back to Saigon with Mom in tow on Sunday AM. We dropped off our kitty at her "foster home" this afternoon. Way too quiet here minus Shelby and my dad.
