Subject: 2.20.18 Tuesday Training!

Good morning BT!

Well I kind of screwed up...Tuesday is usually an off day so I got up, thought I'd do a bit of a walk, stretch, etc.  1/2 way through my stretches I checked Training Peaks and my coach had me down for another long run--oops!  I'll either do it today after school depending on weather or I'll do it Thursday which is an actual scheduled off day.  

B.K...congrats on the run!  So awesome when things start coming together and the work starts to pay off!

And.....YES--got into the race no problem.  Kind of a yay/crap moment--now I have to do it!  Lol!

Good morning! Kim, do you have your TrainingPeaks set to email you your workouts? I get mine at 6:00 the evening before, which helps me keep my head straight on schedule.

6:00 - 1:20 depletion ride for the research study in which I'm participating. Rode 1 hour at 70% of my VO2 max, then they had me do 6 1' intervals. Those were brutal.

7:20 - easy 10' run on the treadmill

So, it's a rest week for me, but the study rides I'm doing (today and tomorrow) will make it feel much less restful.

Down week, 3 mile run this afternoon.. hoping we get above 20 degrees here before I go run.
