I get mine at 6:00 the evening before, which helps me keep my head straight on schedule. 6:00 - 1:20 depletion ride for the research study in which I'm participating. Rode 1 hour at 70% of my VO2 max, then they had me do 6 1' intervals. Those were brutal. 7:20 - easy 10' run on the treadmill So, it's a rest week for me, but the study rides I'm doing (today and tomorrow) will make it feel much less restful. Have a great day! |
