Subject: 2.26.18 Monday Morning Hey BT! Another week of training ahead! 4:45am: :45 minutes on the trainer, high cadence work 5:30am: lower body strength + core + stretch Had a great long run yesterday, however 7 miles into a 10 mile run I took a nasty spill--the usual, bebopping down a rocky trail not paying attention and my toe caught a rock--full on Superman ! Tore a big hole in my favorite running tights and gashed up my knee and hands. Got up, made sure all was good and continued on. When I walked in all bloody knee and hands my husband just shook his head. Not the first time I've come home a mess!
