Subject: 2.27.18 Tuesday Training!

Good morning BT!

4:30am:  90 minute run.  This is another 2 part run so I'll add on :30 minutes after school plus upper body strength.  From here on out it's taper to Sunday's 1/2 marathon.

Curtis, congrats to your wife and her first marathon!  

B.K.  What race do you have coming up?

6:10 - 80’ depletion ride for the study (this time I actually attached a picture)

7:30 - 15’ Run on the treadmill

Hey BT!

5:45am:  8 mile minute run with 15" strides spread through the work out.  The legs felt trashed today.  Down hills and intervals I could feel the tears in my legs.  Hmm?  I didn't think I had gone that hard yesterday, but I guess I did.

I was slated for a swim at lunch today, but didn't make it out of the office.  I will see if I can get out early this afternoon.

Military press and some resistance band exercises for the shoulders followed by a 4.1 mile run with some hills mixed in.
