Elite  4583   |  Subject: 3.9.18 Fantastic Friday!Good morning BT! I'm back! 4:45am: :40 minute run with incline repeats 5:30am: lower body strength + core It's been a busy week! Tucson was great, did a half marathon on Sunday, watched softball Monday-Wednesday. Syd finally got in during the 6th game--as the only freshman we weren't sure if she'd even get to play--there are three other pitchers. Kind of humbling for her as she started every game throughout high school so good lesson for her! She did great, got her first collegiate strikeout with a few more after--so glad I got to be there to see it! Hope everyone has had a great week! Anyone racing this weekend? Have a great day BT! |

I'm working up to my first century in May. It'll be a long time in the saddle, and I need it. Tomorrow just happens to be a super busy day, with the ride sandwiched between two other major events.
