Subject: RE: 3.21.18 What's Up Wednesday! Mini reverse brick this afternoon.
35 minute run on the treadmill followed with some high cadence work on the bike for 15 minutes with some harder intervals mixed in. I have to say that my legs felt great afterwards. I think hitting that high cadence on the bike helped them out.
My brother is a teacher and complains all the time about parents of failing students waiting until the last week of school to try and "fix" their grades. They are usually just begging him to change the grade to something passing, despite the prior two progress reports and report card indicating a failing grade. |
