Subject: Glycogen
Hi everyone

I’ve been experiencing constant lightheadness from morning till evening everyday, along with weak muscles in arms and legs. Is this a sign of glycogen deleption? I just can’t seem to get my strength back or remove the lightheadness
Please advice Thankyou

Glycogen depletion comes from sustained, rigorous activity. It seems unlikely that it is the cause of your lightheadedness unless there is some underlying medical condition. Seeing a doctor would be wise.

How's sleep going?
Training every day? Taking any days off?
Eat small snacks that have a mix of protein and carbs after every workout?
Sounds like chronic fatigue.

I'm no dr, but you might benefit from taking a few days off from working out and getting some rest.
