Elite  4583   |  Subject: 3.23.18 It's FRIDAY!Good morning BT! 4:30am: :20 minute run just to get legs moving. Followed that up with a bunch of packing, getting mountain bikes ready to take to Lake Havasu, attaching the bike carrier, etc. Not going to lie, pretty exciting pulling out the mountain biking stuff! Track meet today, daughter and I driving to Vegas this afternoon, Trail Trashed 1/2 Marathon tomorrow morning and then on to Lake Havasu to hang with my dad and step mom until next Wednesday! I will keep up the thread, however--I'll be training through all of it! Karen have an AMAZING spring break! Have a good day all! |

AM: 53 minute easy run. Off to bed as my "vacation" is starting with a 3:15 trainer ride before we go to the airport. Ugh. |
