Subject: 4.11.18 What's Up Wednesday!

Good morning BT!

4:30am: :70 min run

5:45am:  upper body strength

Later:  20 min run

Steve, I love my Kurt Kinetic, haven't been on it much though with all the run training I've been doing.

Karen, Spudman is in Burley, ID.  I believe about 2.5 hours from Boise.    One reason why I love it so much is the swim is in the Snake River...with the current! Lol, my best swim times ever!

5:50 - 20' run (was supposed to be 30', but digestive issues forced me to cut it short

6:15 - core work

The KK arrives tomorrow - looking forward to trying it out on Friday.

I think it conflicts with Calgary 70.3--but I am holding off on a definite decision on the latter until after Vietnam in May anyway. Sounds fun! Might be my only chance to break 2:30 the way things have been going lately.

Kind of an exhausting day here. Due to yet more lifeguard woes, I've had to move most swims to early AM. Swimming makes me ravenous and sleepy--that's great when it's after work and I'm going to finish my workout, go home, eat, and kick back. Not so much when teaching and in meetings for the next ten hours. Ugh.

6:15 AM: 2700m of swimming
6:15 PM (couldn't start until after dinner as Mom doesn't like eating late) 1:15 trainer ride with a bunch of Z3 and big-gear stuff.

Arrrgh! I am almost too tired to go to bed. And need to get up and swim tomorrow--long story but that's the only way I can get in in. My schedule is nuts this week!

70 minute run ths afternoon. May try and do some easy spinning on the trainer tonight.
