Bonus points if you know the definition! 4:30am: :45 minute run 5:15am: full body strength + stretching Well, we got SNOW yesterday along with howling winds so no kickball game--rescheduled for May 22--let's hope we're over this cold snap by then! It's still howling out there and we have home high school softball/baseball games today. The winds are supposed to calm over the next several hours so that's a positive. Have a great day! Anyone racing this weekend? Not me, just a couple of big runs Sat/Sun...can't wait to get out there.

I'm not racing (first race, and only one on the calendar so far, is in June), but am working up to my first century in under a month. 80 mile ride tomorrow. 5:45 - 50' on the trainer. I love how easy the KK is to mount and dismount my bike. Far easier than my old trainer, although it is a little bit louder. Ride felt smooth. 6:40 - core work Have a great day and weekend! |

I have a "Phobia Book" in my classroom with lots of gross pictures--very popular with the kids. 1:15 trainer ride here--lots of high Z2 plus some Z3 and Z4 pickups. No snow in Saigon. High was 98 yesterday and heading there today. One literally needs an electrolyte drink to walk half a mile to the bank. |

Buttercup 14334 | Subject: RE: 4.13.18 Triskaidekaphobia Friday! Thanks. It was easy, I was lazy. I broke it up into a variety of 50 yd swims. Swam all strokes. Maybe next time I'll go 100 yd increments without stopping. Suzie was my first BT avatar. She's got staying power.
