5:50 - easy 20' shake-out run. Also humid (thunderstorms were just moving in).

10k run this afternoon. 83 degrees and sunny. Heat acclimation is no fun.

83 is heat???

Must be the day for hot, humid runs. Likewise--one hour run with 25 minutes of tempo effort. I was soaked from head to squishing shoes by 15 minutes into it. Don't want to speculate on how hot it was already--and I started before 5:30 AM.

PM: 3200m of swimming. At least that was cool.
