Morning BT!

4:30am:  :90 minute run

6:00am:  full body strength stuff

After school:  2:00 run

Busy day of both work and training!  Have a great day BT peeps!

Last "brick" before IM Vietnam 70.3--55 minute trainer ride and 20 minute run. Felt pretty good; still healthy as of now (Thursday night). Knock on wood!

Wow...that 4:30am I see you training every day is amazing! Not a lot of people have the discipline to be up at that hour! kudos!


My Wednesday:

Strength/Conditioning/Pistol Shooting(For Pentathlon): 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Run: 8:30pm - 9:30pm
15min. Warm up. 6/10 effort.

7min Hard @ 10km pace.
2min recovery light run.
6min Hard @ 10km pace.
2min.recovery light run.
5min Hard @ 10km pace
2min. recovery light run.
4min Hard @ 5km pace.
2min recovery light run.

15min. cool down 6/10 effort.
