changing the cycling shoe

ive had these giro shoes for around 4.5 years .

i was going to buy a pair of brand new shoes but im thinking do i actually need to change the shoes?
Or just change the cleats
There are scrapes and scuff on the carbon soles but not sure if that requires changing the whole shoe . obviously the cleats need to be binned
