Subject: 5.21.18 Monday Morning!

Hey BT! Good morning!

Off day for me, kind of needed it after yesterday's run--ended up being a run of 4:30--close to 20 miles.  Really enjoyed it but am pretty sore this morning!  I can't imagine how I'm going to feel after the 50K of steeper ups and downs!

Have a great day!  Karen when does school end for you?  June 8 here, hard to believe it's only three weeks away!

Just getting back at things here.  Restarting training for the first time in waaay too long.  

1500 yards in the pool this morning.  Just pounding out the laps in 25:36.  My body wants me to go faster, but my fitness can't quite keep up yet.  Still, it feels pretty good.

June 7 (half day) for kids, June 8 for me as well. Hard to believe it has gone so fast....And so much left to do with moving, etc. Arrrrgh!

3200m of swimming here. Managed to avoid getting stormed out--a few booms and bangs at about 3 PM but then it moved elsewhere and I was able to enjoy my pool time.

Lots of swimming on this thread today, and I am no exception. Our Masters practice totaled 2550 yards for those of us in the slow lane, with a variety of strokes and distances.

And of course the daily 5 minute routine of a plank, some pushups and some sit ups.

If my fence posts go up easily tomorrow, I may do a short brick in the afternoon. Otherwise it will be spin class.
