Comments:

Started in back and REALLY had to let everyone go as they were all jammed up. No big deal and just planned to cruise in this one but i lost about 2-3 minutes in "traffic"
Last lap I just followed another pair in very easy, only taking about half the strokes of them. (almost warm down pace)
What would you do differently?:

If concerned about time in this one, start along rope and get our hard to first turn
