You are a braver woman than I! 5:30 AM: 55 minutes run with 15 minutes of tempo pickups. 4:30 PM: 3100m of swimming 5 1/2 more days for the kids, 7 for teachers here. But there's the extra madness of moving this year, especially all the paperwork, etc. to get my fur kids (cats) out of Vietnam and back to the US. Arrrrgh! |

| 623 | Subject: RE: 5.30.18 Happy Hump Day! 60 minute trainer ride. I watched the Tim Don documentary during the first half of the trainer session. Certainly put things into a different perspective. I can't imagine having one of those halos attached to my skull. I've worked with patients that have them around their femur or tib/fib.
