This was a slow transition. My suit was stuck on my arms and ankles.
What would you do differently?:

Need to practice T1 OR more body glide on the areas where the suit was stuck.

Comments:

Very strong run today!
Had a great run off the bike, everything felt strong. I made my way through the field throughout the 10k.
Post race
Warm down:

Just walking through the race site and spending time with the family.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

No good answers here. Other than practicing transition and spending more time training on the bike; everything went well today.

Event comments:

This is my second time racing at Tri-Amsterdam. The new bike course was an improvement over 2017. This is a great local race that draws good competition from within the Netherlands/local community.

I will continue to join this race while I live in The Netherlands.
