Subject: Canyon SPEEDMAX CF 7 size advice
Hi all,
i'm trying to figure out which speedmax size would fit me best.
The PPS says M, is that correct?
I attach my body measurements (the doc is in italian, sorry) and the specs of the bike i'm currently riding, a canyon roadlite size L with clip-on aerobars

Got the M size, what do you people think?
I know i need a better fit for sure. I'd just like to know if the frame size is right,you can take a look at the link below about my test ride,please

the aerobar position feels ok, but reaching the brakes is not. It's my first tri bike, so i might be wrong on everything :D

Unfortunately fit calculators are never really good... yes, better than nothing, but still a fair chance that you might end up on the wrong size, and even greater risk if you are close on two different sizes. The reason is quite simple, you do not take in consideration core strength, flexibility, current/previous injuries/issues, distance you ride/race, terrain you ride/race, etc.

To make it even more complicated, you can take people of exactly the same height and very similar body composition and they will fit on different sizes and brands. For example, I'm 174cm and fit perfectly on a Pinarello F8 55cm. My buddy is 181cm and fits perfectly on the same bike but in a 53cm. He needs lots of drop and I need lots of reach.
