Water Bottle

Hey Roy,
Have you tried the gel bottles that attatch to your bike frame? I have just purchased the aero bottle and drink more than ever. I use my gels more than before as well. I use about 5 oz. and take a swig of gel every 15 minutes or so. It really helps.

Thanks for the tip I will take a look that might help.

I tell you my bike i getting a little crowded 2 water bottles a power drink bottle tube and tool kit bike computer and on new rides I strap on my forerunner gps.

I think I have to much stuff on my bike ;-)

tip for the gu gels....

get some tape that won't rip the paint off your bike...electrical tape works well....

on the bar in front of you, tape the tops of the gu gels to it...that way, while you're riding, you can just reach down, grab the bottom of the gel, rip it off and eat....

soooo much easier than trying to put it in the back of my bike/tri top...I can barely balance as it is...reaching around while riding 20+ mph isn't one of my better skills.
