Zoe opened up a gap around about the 5k mark.From here on in I passed loads of people but could not catch my wife (her time is 49:01). Humble pie again.
What would you do differently?:

We started too near the back and as a result had a really slow first k. Spent the rest of the race trying to make the time back up.

Thanks Casie. Not quite a pb, I did the same race just over a minute faster last year. Probably lost most of that time at the start.

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier in the week, time seems to have been at a minimum recently.
