Knowing gas would dissolve airplane glue I took all the plastics parts and soaked them overnight in gasoline. The next morning I found a blob of plastics in the bottoms of the can...and so learned gas also dissolves plastic. |

Never dumped them into a bucket of gasoline. We did stage battles with our ships. A friends Dad allowed us to dig up their yard and we had a bunch of channels and ponds we'd fill with water. Then take our battleships and create our own battle. Lighter fluid and wet glue was dumped on the loser and we'd light them on fire. |

Someone had posted that they 'grabbed onto someone's feet and held on'. They newbie was shocked and wrote a blistering post about how she couldn't believe someone would do that and no one had better not do that to her!
