I don't understand why people...some people, are complaining about this. If there is a wide scale 9/11 attack or if there are incoming ICBMs, would you rather bury your head in the sand or would you like 20 minutes to take cover? I think it is a good thing....started under Obama and continued/implemented under Trump. I guess the push back is coming from people who resist anything and everything that Trump does. If the man cured cancer the headlines would read, "Trump plans to kill living cells in your body"
