I haven’t. I know the cost to get into it is pretty steep unless you go the financing route.

You can get a nice beginner triathlon or road bike, Wahoo KICKR, and zwift subscription for less and have better resale value. Not many folks looking to spend $1k+ on a used spin bike.

That’s just my opinion, I know some people love the spin class atmosphere but that’s not for me. Someone mentioned there is another company now that offers something similar to peloton for less, flywheel I think.

Also, peloton sued a guy with a YouTube channel with the word peloton in it:

They are also suing flywheel.

If you have the cash, why not.

Personally I like riding my own bike on a trainer, and when i run the treadmill I use my own workouts.

So for me, not worth the investment.

I think there's a limit to the adjustability of the Peloton bikes so you may not be able to get your best position while training. Ideally you should train indoors as close to your outdoor riding position possible. We have two Peloton bikes where I work and occasionally I'll do some rides on those simply due to time constraints etc. I have a Wahoo Kickr (Core) with my TT bike at home which results in a much better workout.
